A Fair and Straightforward Returns Process

We hope every Nura order arrives exactly as expected. If something is not right, please tell us so that we can help.

This policy explains how to cancel an eligible online purchase, return an unwanted product or report something that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under UK consumer law.

Changing Your Mind

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel your order without giving a reason from the point at which the order is placed until 14 days after the goods are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive them.

To cancel, send us a clear statement using our Contact page. Please include your name, order number and the product or products you wish to return.

Sealed Food Supplements

Our food supplements are supplied in sealed packaging. Products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Condition of Returned Products

Products should be handled only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Change-of-mind returns should be complete, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our Contact page.
  2. Provide your name, email address and order number.
  3. Tell us which product or products are affected.
  4. Explain whether you are changing your mind or reporting an incorrect, damaged or faulty product.
  5. Wait for the correct return instructions and return address.
  6. Package the product securely and retain proof of postage.

Our registered office is not a customer returns address. Please do not send products there unless we have expressly instructed you to do so.

Return Postage

If you are returning an eligible product because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it unless we tell you otherwise.

Refunds for Change-of-Mind Returns

For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the amount paid for the eligible returned products.

When Your Refund Will Be Issued

We will issue a change-of-mind refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned products or you provide satisfactory evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever happens first.
