These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use the Nura Wellness Co. online store or purchase a product from us. Please read them before placing an order.
These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery page and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
1. Who We Are
Nura Wellness Co. is a trading name of TRM GROUP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Company name: TRM GROUP LTD
Company number: 14668851
Registered office: 4th Floor, Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, England, W1T 6EB
Place of registration: England and Wales
You can contact us through our Contact Us page.
The registered office is not a customer returns address. Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the correct instructions.
2. Using Our Online Store
You may use our online store only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the store, introduce malicious software, submit false information, impersonate another person or place an order for fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
If you create an account or manage a subscription through the store, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in and account details secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business or online store.
3. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, packaging updates and differences between device displays.
Product formulas, labels and packaging may occasionally be updated. The label on the product supplied is the final reference for its ingredients, allergens, serving size, directions, warnings and storage information.
If a material product detail changes after you order but before dispatch, we will contact you where appropriate and explain your options.
4. Food Supplement Information
Nura Wellness Co. products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease.
Information provided through our website is general product information. It is not medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist or another suitably qualified healthcare professional.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read and follow the product label. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
Further guidance is available on our Food Supplement Information page.
5. Who Our Products Are For
Our products are intended for adults unless the relevant product page and label clearly state otherwise.
Before using a food supplement, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- take medication;
- have an allergy, medical condition or planned medical procedure;
- are under medical supervision; or
- are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you.
Individual products may carry additional restrictions, allergen declarations and warnings. These must always be followed.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless another currency is shown. The total price payable, including any applicable tax and delivery charge, will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Payment must be authorised using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by the payment provider shown during checkout.
We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
If a price or promotion has been displayed incorrectly and the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may reject or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a refund.
7. Placing an Order
Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery address and payment information. You are responsible for checking that this information is accurate.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from us. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or when the products are dispatched, whichever happens first.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment has not been authorised;
- we cannot deliver to the address supplied;
- the order or customer information is incomplete or inaccurate;
- an obvious pricing or description error has occurred;
- a purchase restriction applies; or
- fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale is reasonably suspected.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we do not accept, the amount taken will be refunded.
8. Product Availability and Purchase Limits
All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.
We may apply reasonable purchase limits to protect product availability, respond to regulatory or safety requirements, or prevent suspected fraudulent resale.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
9. UK Delivery
We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all orders to UK addresses. Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, are dispatched the same working day. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
Orders placed after 12 noon, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Dispatch is subject to stock availability and successful payment authorisation, and delivery may be affected by carrier disruption and events outside our reasonable control. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.
Full information is available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
We will deliver products without undue delay and, unless a different period has been agreed, within 30 days of the contract being formed.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them. Ownership passes after we have received full payment and the products have been delivered.
10. Cancellations and Change-of-Mind Returns
For most eligible online purchases, you may cancel from the point the contract is formed until 14 days after the products come into your physical possession.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the eligible products in accordance with our returns instructions.
The cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken. This can include opened or unsealed food supplements where the legal exception applies.
Returned products should be kept in appropriate condition. We may reduce a refund where handling has gone beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining a product in a shop and has reduced its value.
Return instructions, refund timescales and applicable exclusions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, unsafe, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly and provide your order number and relevant photographs where possible.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any change-of-mind return restriction, product guarantee or other provision in these terms.
12. Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise or the original method is no longer available.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be handled within the timescales required by law. We may wait until returned products are received, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where the law permits us to do so.
More information is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
13. Subscribe & Save
Where Subscribe & Save is offered, the price, frequency and applicable saving will be shown before you subscribe. By subscribing, you authorise repeat orders and recurring payments using your selected payment method.
A subscription continues until it is cancelled or ended in accordance with the subscription terms. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal orders but might not cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
Our separate Subscribe & Save Terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and explain recurring payments, price changes, availability, cancellation and returns.
14. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discounts and promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, dates, product exclusions and other conditions.
Unless we state otherwise:
- discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed;
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- discounts cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
We may refuse or withdraw a promotion where it has been used fraudulently, issued or displayed in error, or used contrary to its stated conditions. This does not affect an order already lawfully accepted unless an obvious error or fraud has occurred.
15. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, it must be honest, relevant and lawful. It must not:
- infringe another person’s rights;
- contain confidential or sensitive information;
- include threatening, discriminatory, obscene or defamatory material;
- contain malicious software or misleading links; or
- make unlawful medicinal or disease-related claims about a food supplement.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it for publication, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and adapt it where reasonably necessary to operate and promote Nura Wellness Co.
We may moderate, reject or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law. We are not required to publish every submission.
16. Intellectual Property
The Nura Wellness Co. name, website, logos, product photography, graphics, designs and original written content are owned by or licensed to TRM GROUP LTD.
You may view and print website content for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, alter, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
17. Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of statutory consumer rights.
We supply products for personal and domestic use. If you use a product for an unauthorised commercial, resale or business purpose, we will not be responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
If such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the disruption, contact you where appropriate and explain the available options.
19. Changes to the Store or These Terms
We may update our online store or these terms to reflect changes to our business, services, technology or applicable law.
The terms in force when an order is accepted will normally govern that order. Where required, we will communicate material changes affecting an active subscription before they apply.
20. Severability and Waiver
If a court or relevant authority finds any part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
If we do not enforce a right immediately, this does not mean that the right has been waived or that we cannot enforce it later.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. A consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
If a problem arises, please contact us first through our Contact Us page. We will try to resolve the matter fairly and without unnecessary formality.
