This supplement is really easy to take as they are very small tablets and you only require two a day. They’re good value as the resealable pouch contains 300 tablets so they should last for some time. I had absolutely no side effects or stomach issues with them . They are vegan and genuine Japanese natto so good quality. Can’t comment on effectiveness as early days but I would recommend them and will continue to take them.
